I often see blog posts by fellow travelers that inspired and move me. And some days it just so happens to be on a day when I’ve woken up thinking “What the heck are we doing?”
This is the case with an article on Huff Post Impact that I was inspired to send on to my family back home. (Yes, I still do wonder just how many of our family members and friends think we were absolutely out of our mind to sell all of our stuff and set out to travel for a year with our kids.)

Very funny, and many things are absolutely right! But on the other hand there are 1000 reasons to take them with you. Imagine leaving your kids at home with the grandparents and travel alone or stay at home an be unhappy. Both are no solutions for a real traveller!
